Resilience

Just to ignore
It's easy to look away
It's not me and they're
Not at their best
Alignment with truth

I am bending to stay free
To let it pass right through me
Faster than could it be
So I can be free

I've felt this before
So I know I can stand
To survive this is to survive
At all

But death has it mark in me
Before dishonour how it is to be
My own as my center
My own landmark
The safe point
Where I always am

There never was nothing but myself
Even when I am lying death again and again
I breath peace and eternity to bear
It's all so mixed up in me
Confusing or it's seems to be
But never to remind me
